Catastrophic Injury Team of SGP secures verdict for Plaintiff over Allstate

Verdicts

DALLAS, Texas – A Dallas County District Court jury delivered a verdict in favor of the Plaintiff in a case involving an underinsured motorist and Allstate insurance company.  The jury concluded the personal injury claims were substantiated by the Plaintiff’s medical bills as well as his pain and mental anguish caused in the crash.  The jury determined Allstate was responsible for paying the full terms of the policy to compensate Plaintiff.

Charles E. Soechting,  Jr., lead attorney in the Catastrophic Injury Department for Simon Greenstone Panatier, represented our client along with attorneys Orlando Vera & Iyman Strawder.

Mr. Soechting stated; “Lawsuits against insurance companies to enforce underinsured and uninsured motorist coverage in Texas is a developing frontier.  It is unfortunate that we have to litigate to force insurance companies to meet the terms of the policies.   However, when injured persons can’t depend on their insurance companies to help them in their time of need, we will be ready to step in and make them do the right thing.
