Mrs. Dutton provides strategic support and guidance, acting as a vital link between departments and fostering collaboration across the organization, and directly supports Managing Shareholder David Greenstone.
In her multifaceted role, Christi oversees several key departments and operations within the firm, including Settlements, Tech Files/Litigation Support, Staff Supervision, and various Human Resources responsibilities. Her ability to manage and mentor staff while maintaining a personable and professional presence reflects her commitment to excellence and her genuine care for the firm’s mission and culture. Her exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach ensure that every detail is handled efficiently, allowing the partners and attorneys to focus on their work with confidence.
Mrs. Dutton began her career as a paralegal in asbestos litigation, working alongside Mr. Greenstone. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the commitment and compassion needed to truly represent injured clients and their families.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Christi is passionate about her family and strives to be the best wife and mom to her family of three. She also enjoys pursuing creative and active hobbies, including singing, playing guitar, and hitting the course for a round of golf. Christi’s diverse interests and dedication to both her career and personal life make her an integral part of both her professional team and her family.
