Christina M. Gutierrez

Christina M. Gutierrez is an associate attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC.

Ms. Gutierrez is a proud and zealous advocate for victims of asbestos-related diseases. Since the inception of her legal career in 2019, Christina has successfully litigated personal injury cases, ultimately deciding to pursue a path representing injured plaintiffs.

Christina is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She has been included in the Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Stars lists by Thomson Reuters every year since 2020.

Ms. Gutierrez attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. During this time, she served as the President of the Latin American Law Students Association and the Secretary of the Black Law Students Association. She served as a mentor for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) Justice Institute and was the recipient of the Puerto Rican Bar Association Jubilee Scholarship.

Christina was born and raised in New York where she continues to live with her husband, Alex, and their three beautiful children: Alexander, Benjamin, and Felicity. She is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and practicing yoga.
