Whitney Gage is an associate attorney at Simon Greenstone Panatier P.C.
Ms. Gage is part of SGP’s Law and Motions Department. Whitney is responsible for research, briefing, and other trial-related matters in state and federal courts across the country.
Prior to joining Simon Greenstone Panatier P.C., Ms. Gage diligently represented victims of online abuse, managing a varied caseload including business defamation, copyright infringement, extortion, invasion of privacy, and online impersonation. Whitney sat second chair during a jury trial winning the largest verdict under the Texas Relationship Privacy Act.
Whitney obtained her undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from Vanderbilt University, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, graduating as a Dean’s Scholar. She is a member of both the Texas and Tennessee state bars.
