Mary T. Rahmes

Associate

Mary Rahmes is an attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier working in the firm’s Law and Motion Department.  Mary is responsible for briefing matters primarily in California in all of the Firm’s practice areas.

Ms. Rahmes is an experienced plaintiff’s individual and complex class action litigator in state and federal courts, including insurance bad faith, unfair business practices, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer class actions.  Mary has negotiated numerous multimillion-dollar settlements on behalf of injured clients, and insureds wrongfully denied health and disability benefits.  She also previously represented the other side in products liability and civil rights—but her passion is fighting for plaintiffs against corporate wrongdoing.

Mary has served as a Court Appointed Judicial Arbitrator for Riverside and San Bernardino Superior Courts since 1994 and is a certified mediator.
