Ms. Montemayor has devoted her legal career to passionately representing individuals and their families who have been harmed by the negligence and recklessness of others. She is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel on over 55 jury trials successfully to verdict across various counties and demographics in Texas. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Texas and licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Jennifer zealously represents clients in some of the most crucial moments of their lives when they are dealing with the effects of the loss of loved ones and personal injury. She has a deep-rooted passion advocating for those in need and thrives in the pursuit of justice for her clients throughout the entire process. Her determination has resulted in successfully recovering multi-million-dollar combined settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients. When she is not proudly representing clients, she serves as a mentor for first generation college students like herself in the local community and volunteers as a judge in the Texas high school mock trial competition.
For three consecutive years 2021-2023, Jennifer was selected for recognition on the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star list, a distinction only 2.5% of attorneys in Texas receive each year.
