Ms. Falkner has been representing persons diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, and asbestosis since 2016.
Prior to working in asbestos litigation, Erica began her career as a trial attorney in San Diego, representing victims of accidents, and families affected by the wrongful death of a loved one.
Ms. Falkner obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego and her law degree from California Western School of Law. Erica is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
