Ellis T. Hays II is an Associate at Simon Greenstone Panatier, P.C.
Mr. Hays focuses his practice on Mass Torts, Catastrophic Injury, and Asbestos and Cosmetic Talc litigations, representing individuals who have suffered serious harm due to the negligence of others. Ellis is dedicated to advocating for his clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives and works tirelessly to achieve meaningful results on their behalf.
Before joining SGP, Mr. Hays spent seven years at a nationally recognized mass tort and personal injury law firm, where he began his career as a law clerk and later practiced as a licensed attorney. Ellis subsequently gained additional legal experience at a nationally renowned litigation firm.  Through his experience, he brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to complex personal injury and mass tort cases, with a deep understanding of both the legal and personal challenges his clients face.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Mr. Hays earned his undergraduate degree from Jackson State University and his Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Mr. Hays is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Ellis is a member of several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
