Steven S. Schulte is an associate attorney with Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC.
Steven attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he received a J.D. in 2005 and a Master of Laws in taxation in 2006. While in law school, Steven was a member of the school’s Civil Legal Clinic, where he served as a student attorney and chief counsel, providing pro bono representation to low-income clients.
Since graduating from law school, Steven has focused his practice exclusively on the representation of individuals and families harmed by unsafe practices and products. Steven has represented clients in cases arising from the Middle East and China, and across the United States, in both state and federal courts.
Currently, Steven concentrates his practice on representing individuals in mesothelioma/asbestos cases by helping people who have been injured by asbestos exposure and their families to seek and obtain recoveries through the legal process.
Steven also has vast experience representing clients in cases involving car and commercial truck accidents, workplace injuries, firearms, animal attacks, premises liability, defective drugs and medical devices, civil rights violations, as well as cases involving sexual assault and abuse and institutional concealment.
Steven has repeatedly been named to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars listing and holds the highest AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his ongoing and significant accomplishments in his field of practice.
When not practicing law, Steven enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, traveling and scuba-diving, lifting weights, volunteering, and helping mentor law students and young lawyers in Dallas.
