Joe Mandia is a trial attorney at Simon Greenstone Panatier, P.C. Mr. Mandia focuses his practice on personal injury matters with an emphasis on cases involving exposures to asbestos, talc and talcum powder products.
Joe is well-versed in civil and appellate law in New Jersey state and federal courts, and has litigated a variety of medical malpractice and personal injury cases, including asbestos cases along with other product defect cases.
Prior to joining SGP, Joe was a member of a trial team that obtained a $7.5 million verdict on behalf of William and Debbie Condon for Mr. Condon’s asbestos-caused mesothelioma, including $6.5 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages.
A New Jersey native, Joe received his law degree from the Rutgers School of Law and graduated with honors from Rutgers University. He served as the law clerk for the Honorable Steven P. Perskie in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Joe holds licenses to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Having run the New York City marathon for charity, Joe believes strongly in giving back to the community, and has been a guest lecturer at John Jay College.
