Andrew M. Grous

Andrew M. Grous is an associate attorney at Simon Greenstone Panatier, P.C.

Mr. Grous joined the firm in April 2021 and he has devoted his entire legal career to representing men and women who have been diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis.  Andrew understands that most clients and their families contact us during their greatest time of need.  Because of this, Andrew strives to be there for his clients every step of the way and he never shies away from a challenge.

Prior to joining Simon Greenstone Panatier, P.C., Andrew fought for the rights of numerous victims of asbestos exposure including Con Edison, LILCO and PSE&G powerhouse mechanics, Navy veterans, steamfitters, plumbers, electricians, New York Telephone Company workers, refinery workers, construction workers, carpenters and automotive mechanics.  Andrew has also represented victims who were exposed to asbestos as a result of laundering a relative’s asbestos-laden clothes.

Combining his knowledge of asbestos-containing products, differing exposures and civil procedure, Andrew has successfully navigated his clients through the rigors of both state and federal courts.  Andrew has also served on several trial teams throughout his career that have resulted in multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients.
